• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). There is a buffet by the swimming pool in the site but if you want to shop and dine it is only 10 minutes by driving.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 250) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 75 may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
