Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
