Beautiful, completely renovated farmhouse, situated in a very peaceful and panoramic position with beautiful views of the hills and the surrounding countryside. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pretty swimming pool (12x6; 1.5 m max. depth) (31/5-27/9). Parking. DISTANCES: 7 km Marta (all kinds of shops), 8 km Lake of Bolsena with its equipped beaches, 10 km Capodimonte, 15 km horse riding, 25 km Viterbo, 45 km Orvieto.
ACCOMMODATION: (140 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which with washing machine). Very well kept furnishings. Access along 2 km of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
