Ancient medieval tower on two floors and with panoramic terrace situated along the city walls of the Etruscan city of Tuscania. At the foot of the tower is a well-kept and equipped garden (approx. 200 m2) that overlooks the ancient town. You can walk to the old city centre by following along the old, charming streets of the hamlet. Peaceful position. Parking 50m from the accommadation. DISTANCES: 10 km the lake of Bolsena, 20 km Tarquinia (direct train line for Rome), Vulci and the sea (sandy beaches), 24 km Viterbo, 50 km the Etruscan necropolis Cerveteri, 90 km Rome.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Mezzanine gr. fl.: living/dining room with divan bed, fireplace and access to the garden. Underneath the floor you can see the storage cistern dug out of the tuff and used in the past the by the family to store wheat. 1st fl. (accessed by a spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom with fireplace, 1 bathroom and separete shower. Panoramic equipped terrace (25 m2). Air conditioning in the kitchen and the bedroom. Cosy, comfortable furnishings. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
