The kitchen is modern and recently renovated, is fully stocked and includes stainless steal appliances.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The room includes a large built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). The room includes a chest to store clothing and personal items.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
The apartment does not include water views, however the ocean can be viewed from the street level outside the apartment.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of AUD 50 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
