All utensils and dishes supplied, along with electric jug and sandwich toaster.
1 Double Bed. Furnished with bedside cabinets, lamps, clothes hanging, shelves, drawers, mirror, laundry basket, waste basket. This bedroom can be locked.
2 Single/Twin Beds. Furnished with bedside cabinet, lamp, clothes hanging, shelves, mirror, laundry basket, waste basket.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
There is a view of Bondi Beach from the living room, and bustling Hall Street from the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are off-street and have no views.
This apartment is located in a secure building.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Bondi Public Golf Course, where membership is not required, is perched above Bondi Beach, 15 minutes stroll from the unit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Bondi Beach itself is full of stores, restaurants and cafes to suit every taste and budget.
A short bus ride away is even larger Bondi Junction, with shopping malls, supermarkets and all other services.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Less than 1 minute walk to the beach Beautiful Bondi Beach is a 30 second walk and it is popular year-round for swimming, surfing, walking and relaxing.
All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of $1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.
