Master Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The Master bedroom is beautifully decorated with Asian influences in rich reds and chocolate pieces. The Chaise lounge is lovely for afternoon naps or reading your favourite novel or magazines (supplied) There is mood lighting, a TV, and alarm clock and plenty of storage. Hand painted Chinese characters emboss the handmade bedside tables. This room sets the mood for a great vacation.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom is light and breezy, decorated in shabby chic style. The stunning bed is made from wrought iron, painted cream with a matching bedside table, wardrobe, TV, alarm clock, mirrors and lots of light.

Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Singles Bedroom - This room sleeps two people comfortably or makes up a king size bed. It has plenty of storage, a stereo, mood lighting and a desk with a private business centre. Please advise Owner if the extra single bed is required.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer
All credit cards are accepted, however there is a 2% fee on Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. American Express and Diners incur a 3% fee on total price.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
