In a quiet residential area on the edge of Lauris, within walking distance of village shops, bakery and restaurants, this prettily decorated and well equipped first floor property has long reaching views from its two terraces over the plains of the Durance to the village of La Roque d'Antheron - internationally renowned for its piano festival - and over olive groves out to the Luberon. Adjoining, but not overlooked by, the discreet owner's home, there are large, enclosed grassy grounds for children to play, with a swing, slide and table tennis table. Visit the local botanical gatden, which specialises in tinctorial plants, or the horse riding centre nearby. To the south is bustling Marseille with its rich history and mediterranean coastline, to the north is the Luberon regional park with the famous perched villages of Gordes and Menerbes and an extensive network of foot and cycle paths to explore. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
