Upon arrival our guests will receive a welcome hamper stocked with local products and wine. Our representative will show you around and explain all of the amenities to you.
We can also organize private catering and wine tasting for your friends and guests at the villa, (this involves an additional price, negotiable with the caterer).
When booked for business purposes, we can organize lunch snacks and special catering as requested.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

The villa is very private and secluded.

Cap Ferret is only 40 minutes away and the famous town of Archachon 45 min.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
• Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60 Euro per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
