We have an independent kitchen with coast view balcony. Good to have lunch, dinner or breakfast overlooking the coast. Next to the kitchen there is also a living room with a TV corner and a private computer with internet connection available on request.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the nearest shopping and dining is less than 5 minutes during the summer.. in low season it is less than 5 minutes by car.
• Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is less than 10 minutes. Just few meters from the natural reserve "Foce del fiume platani" and its beach.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

You can confirm your reservation with 30% deposit payable with credit card. Credit card required to guarantee only the reservation. Balance payment on site on arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of depending on hours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
