Villa is the perfect accommodation for people who are looking for relaxation and who like to be in a very quiet place.     • We have an indipendent kitchen with coast view balcony. Good to have lunch, dinner or breakfast overlooking the coast. Next to the kitchen there is also a living room with a tv corner and a private computer with internet connection available on request.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 90 may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
