    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
