A games table where you can play ping-pong also equipped for subuteo (table soccer). Covered parking. DISTANCES: 400 m food shop and restaurant, 1,5 km the village of Trevignano (various shops), 20 km Cerveteri (Etruscan remains), 35 km Viterbo, 40 km Rome. Nearby is a sailing centre with canoe, surf board and boat hire etc.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
