From the garden the view is of the old town of Bracciano, the Odescalchi Castle and the lake with mountains behind.
Leading from the living room is a spacious veranda with stunning views of the Castle and Lake, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine alfresco.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
