It offers the opportunity to take in the beautiful sunsets from it's own large private pool and 21 ft sun deck. The lanai area is very private and peaceful and benefits from the sun ALL DAY - early morning until evening.The sunsets are breathtaking! With two separate living areas in addition to an open-planned kitchen/breakfast room it offers ample room for eight people. There are four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.Our home also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection!

The house is true south facing. Therefore the rear of the house has the sun from morning till beautiful sunset. The pool and lanai face onto a gorgeous lake - filled with all kinds of wildlife. There are shrubs on the sides of the pool cage to provide even greater privacy.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are numerous world class golf courses within 15 minutes by car. Including the Arnold Palmer designed "Legacy", University Parkway, Waterlefe, River Club, Rosedale, Preserve and many more. All of these courses welcome visitors at most times.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Sabal Harbour is just off State Road 70 - and is easy distance from many shopping facilities and pleanty of restaurants; including Carrabbas, Outback, Fish Bone Grill, Lone Star, Chillis, and many fast food places.
• The pool and Lanai face south and onto a beautiful lake. The beaches are approx 20 minutes away by car. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Our management company will charge a small fee to pay by credit card.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
