Special Conditions

Rental rate excludes pool heating. If required this is charged at an additional $140.00 per week or $28 per day.
We do not accept bookings of less than one week during Christmas / New Year (ie. dates between 21 December and 4 January and Easter (ie. the week commencing Good Friday) and any bookings under two weeks will incur an additional $200.00 on top of rental rate.

If potential guests wish to use the Community Recreational Centre facilities, you are required to advise the property advertiser at the time of enquiry and making your booking as membership fees may apply. We cannot accept any enquiries for the use of the Community Recreational Centre after a booking is confirmed.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
25% deposit payable on confirmation of booking. Final balance and security deposit payable 10 weeks prior to occupying the property. Cancellation details are available from the owner and detailed in the booking conditions which are available on request.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $28 per day and/or $140 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
