Our villa is situated on the upscale and tranquil villa community of Sabal Harbour. The home has two large living rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Overlooking a lovely lake to the rear is a heated pool and deck under a lanai with dining and lounging areas. Three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in wardrobe and washer/dryer room and two car garage complete the home. HD Digital TV to lounge with Bose sound system. TVs to all bedrooms. DVD,Xbox and stereos. Broadband connections. Free phone to US and Canada are provided. The full air conditioning system is assisted by ceiling fans.

From Tampa coming south you can use the I-75 to within 3 miles of the villa or follow the coast down the scenic Sunshine Skyway.
Shopping and Dining
Sabal Harbour is surrounded by many eateries and fine restaurants. Many shopping outlets are within a few minutes drive and the large Ellenton Mall is located 15 minutes drive away.
Attractions
Sarasota City and Harbour 25 minutes. Busch Gardens 45 minutes. Clearwater Beach 30 minutes drive.
Golf Courses
There are 11 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 15 minute walk from the property.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from the finest beaches on the Gulf Coast. Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and the famous Siesta Key beaches are well worth visiting.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque.
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is due on arrival.
