Our villa is situated on the upscale and tranquil villa community of Sabal Harbour. The home has two large living rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Overlooking a lovely lake to the rear is a heated pool and deck under a lanai with dining and lounging areas. Three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in wardrobe and washer/dryer room and two car garage complete the home. HD Digital TV to lounge with Bose sound system. TVs to all bedrooms. DVD,Xbox and stereos. Broadband connections. Free phone to US and Canada are provided. The full air conditioning system is assisted by ceiling fans.

The view from the rear of the villa is over a pretty lake, looking south. To the front of the home is a quiet residential road.

• Tampa Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. From Tampa coming south you can use the I-75 to within 3 miles of the villa or follow the coast down the scenic Sunshine Skyway.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Sabal Harbour is surrounded by many eateries and fine restaurants. Many shopping outlets are within a few minutes drive and the large Ellenton Mall is located 15 minutes drive away.
• The unit is Lake front. Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from the finest beaches on the Gulf Coast. Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and the famous Siesta Key beaches are well worth visiting.
• Nearby Attractions: Sarasota City and Harbour 25 minutes. Busch Gardens 45 minutes. Clearwater Beach 30 minutes drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
