50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 800 a week for each maid.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
