Distances

• Ski lifts and runs are less than 2 miles from the slopes with pay for parking at the lift. Also free parking in town with free shuttles to the lifts.
• Shopping and dining can be found in town, 1 1/2 mile from the house, an easy drive. Most guests rent a vehicle so that they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area.

Payment Details

The rent is due 30 days in advance. A refundable damage deposit is required - discuss amount with owner. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a 20 percent handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
