Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Double Trundle Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Extra large Master Suite has an entertainment console, a fireplace, sitting area and sweeping views of the Hoosier Pass, Peak 8 and the Ski slopes.

Bedroom

1 King Bed. This extra large second Master suite has its own bathroom, entertainment center (large flat screen Sony TV), and window seat overlooking the wooded back yard.

1 Queen Bed. This room has the best views in the house, looking down the Hoosier Pass and onto the Peak 8 skis slopes of the Ten Mile Range. It has its own private bathroom and entertainment console with a large flat screen Sony TV.

2 Single Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom (ideal for children) has its own private bathroom, is on the second floor level. It has its own entertainment corner with large flat screen Sony TV and a DVD for a Play Station. This room has high ceilings and a window seat that overlooks the wooded back yard.

1 Queen Bed. This bedroom is on the first floor level (no stairs) and has its own private bathroom. It has its own entertainment corner with large flat screen Sony TV and surround sound speakers in the ceiling. It is joined with the media room for access to the deck and hot tub.

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The Media Room has a 46" Mitsubishi wide screen HDTV (high definition), DVD, surround sound, a computer with access to the internet, and a printer, a telephone and fax machine, and a wet bar. It has direct access to the deck and hot tub, its own bathroom, and it adjoins BR #5.

Media room has a 46" TV with HDTV (high definition- Comcast cable) and the great room has a 35" Sony Wega TV The master bedroom has a 28" TV and the other four bedroomss have 23" screens. ***The deck has a gas BBQ and rotisserie. The 6 person hot tub overlooks views of the Hoosier Pass, Mount Baldy, Quandry the Ten Mile Range and the ski slopes).***The dining room was designed as a CONFERENCE ROOM for business meetings. The large table seats 12 people. All rooms have WIRELESS connections for high speed internet. Some rooms have surround sound ceiling speakers. The design makes the DR perfect for media presentations.*** The house is conveniently adjacent to the Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge and has fee access to the Lodge's spa, workout facilities, indoor swimming pool and saunas, and The Top of the World restaurant. This proximity adds to the desirablity for large families and guests, weddings, and corporate retreats.

Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The Summit Stage is absolutely free and offers flexibility to go to the all of the local lifts and to Copper Mountain by transfer, or directly to the new gondola and the lifts at Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Lake Dillon is 9 miles north of Breckenridge and boating is available for rent at the Frisco and Dillon marinas.
Nearby Attractions: Free Summit Stage (every 1/2 hour) at end of driveway is 12 minute ride to Stage Terminal adjacent to new Gondola. Transfers take you to all the local ski lifts and it goes directly to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski lifts. Transfer in Frisco goes directly to the lifts and village at Copper Mountain. Casey House guests have unlimited use of four bicycles from Carvers Rentals (adjacent to the Stage terminal) and 20% discounts on all other sales and rentals.

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 2 nights (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $1,000 is required. If you cancel, all payments are non-refundable.
