Or enjoy the snowboarding, cross country, snow shoeing, hiking, rock climbing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, swimming, ice skating,tennis, racket ball, yoga, palites, basketball, workouts, concerts, art shows, antique show, ice sculptures, and skating rink. IN THE SUMMER, use this palatial chalet as you contemplate golf, hiking, running, fishing, river rafting, horses, tennis, swimming, art shows, Oktoberfest, climb six 14000 ft peaks; entertain masses of friends; or even use it for a corporate rendezvous.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
