This 2nd floor corner unit offers an excellent view of Breckenridge mountain. The master bedroom and second bedroom have forest views and the deck has a panoramic mountain vista.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The 18-hole Breckenridge golf course, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus, is less than a 10-minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is directly beside the 4 O'Clock ski run so it is truly a ski in/out situation. Walk across our parking lot and you're on the slopes. Also less just 1/4 mile from base of Peak 8 where you'll find the Alpine Slide and Mountain Bike Lifts in the warmer seasons.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The condo is less than 10 minutes from the restaurants and Victorian shops on Breckenridge's famous Main Street. The "free ride" shuttle stops at the end of the block from the condo and accesses a major supermarket and the Main Street area if you don't want to drive. Connecting free bus service to factory outlets and dozens of other stores and restaurants in nearby Silverthorne.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Diners Club

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
