Breckenridge is located in a high alpine valley and the condo has views of trees and mountains from three sides.
EAST: The views from the kitchen and from the front of the condo (see picture) are of Bald Mountain (13,684 ft. elev.) and the Continental Divide.
WEST: From the rear deck (see picture), the view includes several peaks of the 10-Mile Range with a particularly clear view of Peak 10 (13,633 ft. elev.) and the southern portion of the Breckenridge Ski Area.
NORTH: Views from the north-facing windows include fir trees and the town of Breckenridge.

View complex information and photos at Lance's West. The complex has a large heated pool, two indoor Jacuzzis, sauna, two outdoor hot tubs, changing and shower rooms, laundry room. The condo itself features open architecture and is beautifully decorated with light pine trim and pictures of spectacular alpine scenery. New carpeting ('2001), aspen log furniture, 3 Color TVs, VCR, CD, stereo, video library. Linens and towels provided.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The 18-hole Breckenridge golf course, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus, is less than a 10-minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a lighted, paved path through the woods to the chairlift at the base of Peak 9 (6 minute walk). A free shuttle, which stops in front of the condo, also connects directly with the chairlifts at Peak 9 and at Beaver Run Resort. The new multi-million dollar indoor/outdoor skating complex is only a 5 minute walk. Maggie Pond, which offers additional skating in the winter, is also a 5 minute walk. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The condo is only one block from the restaurants and Victorian shops on Main Street, Breckenridge. The free shuttle, which stops immediately in front of the condo, accesses a major supermarket. Connecting free bus service to the plethora of factory outlet stores in nearby Silverthorne. • Lake Dillion is approximately 6 miles (10 minute drive or 30 minute ride along a paved off-road bike path) from the condo. The Blue River, a blue-ribbon trout stream, is less than a 5 minute walk.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card If paying by credit card, the total amount due is charged at the time of booking. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

• Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
