Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
