Enjoy summer BBQ's on the deck with an awesome panoramic view of Brigus Harbour and The Atlantic Ocean. Access to a walking trail system throughout the Village. Minutes walk to the famous Artists house overlooking the ocean. Come visit each August for the world renowned Brigus Blueberry Festival. 3 nights 4 days of local fun and adventure. Stroll the streets, beaches and shoreline of Brigus in a Mardi Gras environment. Attend the Saturday night street day under the stars(or with the stars) and enjoy your favourite beverage. Nothing like you have ever experienced. Bring your sail boat or yacht and tie up at the local dock.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

There is a 3 % processing fee if you use a credit card to make payments.

- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
