Minimum cleaning fee of €150 will be added to each rental (by a reservationist after a request is submitted online) for up to 8 occupants. Each additional occupant will incurr and additional cleaning fee of €15 (ie. Cleaning Fee for 14 occupants is €240).

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit Only cash money (euro's) is accepted on location
