With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it will accommodate families as well as travelling couples. Magnificent pool area is second to none. The Mexican village of Bucerias offers all the amenities of the much larger Puerto Vallarta, without the crowds. The unbelievable sunsets can be viewed from the roof top palapa's at the complex or take a 5 minute walk to the stunning beaches of Banderas Bay. Buses and taxi's are readily available.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
