    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Contact Owner.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
