You can enjoy the view of the sunsets, ocean and mountains from the 4th floor roof top palapas or a 5 minute walk will take you to the most beautiful stretch of beach in Vallarta where you can walk for miles, This quaint Mexican village of Bucerias has so much to offer and we are sure you will want to come back for more.

    • We try to provide some items for your use upon your arrival, e.g. coffee, tea, pop, beer, sugar, spices and water. There is a convenience store within a minute walk for milk, cream and pop. All supplied items are left in the fridge to ensure freshness. Please be kind enough to replenish what you use, to help those that are arriving after you. We thank you in advance for your co-operation. There is also a gas barbecue on the patio, and please refrain from smoking inside the unit as there are 2 patios for our guests to use for this purpose.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.00 per visit.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
