Nicely appointed townhouse available for vacation rental in quaint town of Bucerias, Nayarit. Close to beach, internet cafe, laundry service, coffee shop and convenience store. Not far from town center and fine restaurants. Nice and quiet, unit is located to the rear of the complex with very friendly neighbors. Neighborhood is a mixture of Mexicans, Americans and Canadians. Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has limited view of the bay from small balcony, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are two nightstands, small dresser and cubbies in closet for clothes.

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Very cute and cozy, with views of the mountains and neighboring agave farm. Nightstand and console table with mirror. Cubbiies available for clothes.
Bedroom
1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This room has 1 bunk bed and 1 twin sleeps three!! Closet with cubbies for clothes.
1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Inflatable queen size air bed available if needed. Linens included.

Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Driving to dining is easy, just a quick few minutes drive. Many nice restaurants and shopping in town area. The drive into Vallarta is approximately 20 minutes with lots more shopping and dining options.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. In the next small town up the coast, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, there is a brand new marina with guest dock space available.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
You may use your Visa or MasterCard to make payments through PayPal.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
