1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Studio Room has 2 singles that can be paired together as a King. This room connects to the Blue Suite on the Entrance Level and makes a great room for parents who want to sleep small children nearby.

• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Bus Service is easy and inexpensive (less than $3 each way). Taxi service is available - $30 USD to airport for 8 passengers and $40 USD to downtown Puerto Vallarta for 8 passengers. ***Rates Subject to Change Until Confirmed.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. The villa is located in the heart of the Golden Zone "Zona Dorada"- walk one block in any direction and find great dining (at least 10 restaurants) and shopping. Enjoy the Art Walk on our street every Thursday night from the end of November-mid April 2009.
• Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Bucerias Beach is a 30 second flat walk from the villa (about 30 yards). The beach connects to over 15 miles of fine sand, including Nuevo Vallarta and La Cruz.
Villa offers one sea kayak (for 2ppl) at no additional charge, beach umbrellas, toys, and chairs. Jet ski rentals and horseback riding can be arranged for an additional cost. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
