Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and offers a walk through closet to a full bathroom. The view to the pool and ocean is fantastic. You can hear the ocean waves.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Cot (sleeps 1). The second bedroom sleeps three and offers an across hall, full bathroom. The furniture is custom made and authentic to Mexico. The cot would be suitable for a young person and can be set up where it is convenient for the family.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

View

You can watch the waves, whales on occasion and so much sealife and birdlife from the balcony. Many like to watch the sunrise and sunset as they take their coffee on the deck. The furniture there is comfortable and stylish.

Our unit is a nonsmoking unit however you may smoke outside on the balcony.

Puerto Vallarta International Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive.
Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There are numerous buses to the surrounding areas as well as to Puerto Vallarta.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby. I have played the Tom Weiscoft, and Jack Nicholson courses and there is a new one being constructed as I write this (2006). These courses are in the range of 10 to 30 minutes away by car or taxi.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There are 10 to 15 restaurants located along the beach or in the town that offer fantastic seafood and other dishes. Puerto Vallarta which is 40 minutes away by car or public transport offers further choices. There is a Sam's Club as well as Walmart in Puerto Vallarta as well as so much more. All your needs can be met in Bucerias.
The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This is as close as you can get to the ocean. It is at your front yard. The infinity pool stands above the beautiful beach and you can watch the activity on the oceanfront and beach as you swim or float around. There is moorage not too far away and fishing trips are arranged at the beach. Catamarans come to the beach for sailing fun. The Bay of Bandaras is good for swimming and the beach is perfect for it.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Any damage must be reported to the manager and looked after by the guests.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
