    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
