Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

The backyard is a beautiful setting peaceful for relaxing and enjoying the flora in the gardens. There is an outdoor dining area for meal times under the palapa.

• Puerto Vallarta Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Driving directions from Puerto Vallarta.You take the main compostello( 4 lane Freeway) North towards Tepic. In About 20 min you go through Mescels, the next town is Bucerias. the easiest way when driving is to go right through town to the last stop light get off the freeway to the right and turn left to Avenue Los Picos turn left again start watching for the house on the right hand side of the street.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. You could take a bus from the airport but I would not recommend it with a lot of luggage. Taxi and Mini Vans are readily available and will cost 250 Pesos ($25 US)approx. plus tip. The drivers are very knowledgeable and the price is fixed. They will easily find the house. (should take about 30 minutes) The bus from Bucerias to The Commercial area (for wallmart and groceries) is about $1.20 Per person or 12 pesos. The bus stop is very nearby and will take you to the outlying beaches or into the city center of Puerto Vallarta. There is a taxi stand in the village center only 10 minutes walk form the house, taxi drivers are always ready and waiting and the service is efficient and inexpensive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Only 10 minutes walk to the nightlife of the small Mexican village of Bucerias with cafes, restaurants, beachside tavernas etc.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach (Playa Los Picos on the Bay of Banderas) is 1/2 block from the home, just a 2 minute walk. The beach is a beautiful, clean long stretch of sandy beach and it perfect for swimming, body surfing and snorkeling ! the sunsets are out of this world and perfect for long strolls in either direction. Many cafes and restaurants are dotted along the beach where you will see many families enjoying a casual lunch and a bucket of corona while watching the children play by the seaside. 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
We can offer cancellation insurance through Royal Bank of Canada (RBC insurance) please enquire with the owner at your time of booking. This would cover you if you need to cancel ( for an insurable reason) prior to departure, you could make a claim for the price of the property. We can also offer a seperate medical policy to cover any hospital bills if an emergency should arise.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10 per night will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 PER DAY.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
