Bucerias: Take a 5 minute drive North from the unit on Highway 200 and make a stop in the quaint little town of Bucerias. Bucerias literally translated means "Place of the Divers". This little town will win your heart. Downtown you will find four main streets running parallel to the ocean that offer a myriad of small boutiques, a few art galleries and of course many friendly locals. On the beachfront you will find numerous open air Oceanside dining delights. Sit on the beach (literally) and take in great ocean views or step back a few feet and eat inside. New business, stores, banks, restaurants and services sprouting up everywhere assure you that Bucerias is on the move. Take the drive to Bucerias, it is well worth the time.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
