50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
