This is a cozy studio apartment which includes a living and separate bed area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and WC.
Out of consideration for our guests, we have designated this apartment "non-smoking". Smoking is permitted however on the balcony.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash

- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
