It is a separated, fully equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Very quiet, 18 sq m, gives on the garden side, with a cosy, flowered balcony (4 sq m). Furnished in art deco style.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). It is a sunny, little bedroom, only 6 sq m, gives also on the garden side, but it is the most independent room of the others. (Please to check on the layout.)
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). It is a beautiful living room, 20 sq m, gives on the street, but is also quiet. The unique TV with the DVD player and the CD player are here, and the bathroom gives on the living room. There is a second balcony, a little one, but if you are smoking it will be a good place. Furnished in art deco style (1930's).
Bathroom 1 has bathtub, hair dryer and one basin.
The living room gives on the street, the master bedroom and the little bedroom gives on the garden side.
