From the house you can see all the city, we have an amazing panorama to the hills and city.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

The 20% deposit can transfer to my EUR bank account or to my paypal account at booking.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 10.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 3 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply. A fee of 20 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
