The pool is not fenced so is not suitable for unsupervised children. Guests must buy own wood during the cooler months - available locally.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of price on request.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
