    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 5 years old.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
