30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.

For the downpayment, you can use whatever of the methods described. To complete the booking and deposit only in cash at arrival

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300 will apply. A fee of 25 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
