50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
Payment must be net of fees transfers.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
