Cozy apartment, a place to feel at home. Located near to all types of transportation, including taxis, buses, subways. Completely refurbished, with wooden floor, widespread view due to its 12º floor location. Silent and sunny.
There are two individual beds which can be transformed in a King Size. A third individual bed can also be added.
Granite counter tops in the kitchenette, microwave, small fridge, toaster. The kitchenette can be separated by folded door. Split Air Conditioned 3000FR. TV cable and Very High Speed Internet (2.5 mega).

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Cash - Western Union
You must send 20% of ONE MONTH rental to reserve the apartment. This must be sent by WESTERN UNION. Upon arrival you pay the rest + damage deposit.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 7:00 AM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10 - Daily or Weekly.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
