Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
This unit is available to clients 21 years old and over.
The use of the property with a number of people higher than the maximum capacity allowed will immediately breach the contract and the tenants will be requested to leave the premises.
We offer the possibility of checking in or out before or after the scheduled times by paying 50% of the daily rate of the property on the date in question.
Absolutely no pets are permitted.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
