    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Personal cheques accepted by overnight mail. Upon arrival, cheque will be handed back in exchange for cash or travelers cheques.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
