Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 50.00 USD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Telephone Fee

A fee is charged for this service. A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service. Local calls are free, international calls will attract a fee.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a one way transfer.

Air Conditioning & Fees

The Air Conditioning is included in the room fee

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

Dolphin Beach Apartments is in the tropics, so pool is heated by the sun.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 1 days during a stay.

Linen

Linen, towels etc. are included

Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)

One-time fee of 20.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
