    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    There is a refundable damage deposit, which is 30% of the total rental price - with a minimum of 100 euros. This is payable at the same time as the final payment. Owner accepts PayPl, bank transfers to a UK an Bulgarian bank accounts. These details will be provided when you send a booking request.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 eur.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
