Charming, fascinating apartment located in the protective city walls of the medieval town Buonconvento, one of the towns you come across along the panoramic "Cassia" that links Florence and Rome. Peaceful position in that the street is closed off to traffic. Views of the patrol walkways in the ancient walls and the gardens below the walls that encircle the hamlet. 2 bicycles are available on request. Parking under the walls. DISTANCES: 8 km Monteoliveto Abbey, 14 km Montalcino (farmous for its Brunello wine), 25 km Bagno Vignoni (spas) and Rapolano, 26 km Pienza, 27 Siena, km 100 Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) 1st fl.: living room with fireplace (TV, Hi-Fi, DVD, VHS), dining room, large kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double divan bed (140 cm wide), 1 bathroom with shower. Very comfortable furnishings. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
