All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
